How long will it take to get my order?

That depends on your chosen shipping method and location! Most standard U.S. orders arrive within 3-7 business days after they ship. We don't currently offer free expedited shipping, but standard shipping is on us – a little thank you for shopping with us!

What shipping carriers do you use?

Can I return my product?

Absolutely! We want you to love your purchase, so you have 14 days from the delivery date to return most items for a full refund. Just shoot us a message, and we'll guide you through the easy return process.

Can I get my product personalized?

While we don't personalize individual items right now, we're always looking for ways to improve your shopping experience. If you have a personalization idea, let us know! We might just add it to our offerings in the future.

Do you offer bulk discounts?

Do we ship outside the U.S.?

Currently, we only ship within the United States. But hey, you never know what the future holds! If international shipping becomes an option, we'll be sure to shout it from the rooftops (virtually, of course).
